1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (order ID / invoice) is provided.

❗ Products that are used, opened, or damaged due to customer mishandling are not eligible for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care, cosmetic, or hygiene products once opened.

  • Perishable goods.

  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale (if marked non-returnable).

  • Gift cards or promotional items.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Share your:

    • Order ID

    • Product Name

    • Reason for return

    • Clear images (if damaged/defective)

Our support team will respond within 24–48 working hours.

If approved:

  • We will arrange reverse pickup (if available in your area)
    OR

  • You may be asked to ship the product to our return address.


4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected.

  • If approved, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days.

Refund Method:

  • Online payments → Refunded to the original payment method.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) → Refunded via bank transfer/UPI after details confirmation.

Please note that:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the product was damaged or incorrect).

  • Bank processing time may vary.


5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only in case of:

  • Damaged products

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Manufacturing defects

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.


6. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
